It is extremely rare to still find these let alone in new condition.  Since this is 10+ year old surplus stock and the price of this item and given the age, there are no guarantees of compatibility with current operating systems or manufacturer warranty support. All we can guarantee it is in the condition advertised and it is exactly as shown.
